Create a brief video to share on your social media!  It should be no longer than 2 minutes long, using your phone, and wearing something purple to symbolize your solidarity and advocacy for lupus awareness. To ensure your message resonates effectively, please follow these guidelines for structuring your video clip.

•  Introduction: Introduce yourself!
  
• Share Your Lupus Story and a Positive Message:  Share a brief account of your journey with lupus, emphasizing any moments or valuable insights gained along the way.
  
• Share how LFNC and Its Programs Have Supported You:  Reflect on how the Lupus Foundation of Northern California (LFNC) and its various programs have offered support to you.
  
• Encourage others:  Encourage others to explore and engage in the free services/programs that we offer!
